About us

We’re a dedicated team that’s here to help.

Our team is committed to building a workplace that doesn’t discriminate on the basis of one’s health condition or disability.

Our story

Disclo was founded by Hannah Olson and Kai Keane – committed leaders in the disability space, who built one of the largest and most-used disability recruiting platforms, Chronically Capable.

Through their work with industry giants such as Levi Strauss & Co, Dentsu International, Lululemon, and more, the duo understood the unique needs of HR managers and employees, and delivered on those needs by launching their latest venture, Disclo.

Together, their vision is to make disclosing your disability accessible, safe, and hopefully even fun.

"Disclo offers people the opportunity to succeed in the workplace."

I’m excited about Disclo because it offers people the opportunity to seek the accommodations they need to succeed in the workplace in a safe, secure, and private manner. It also helps guide people to determine which accommodations they might benefit from based on their illness and symptoms, something that doesn’t currently exist anywhere.

"Disclo unlocks huge potential in the workforce by streamlining the process..."

While running HR, I always wanted to be responsive and help my employees and candidates with accommodations requests but could not find any software or tools to connect to appropriate solutions. Nearly 1B people globally live with disabilities, representing the world’s largest minority. Disclo unlocks huge potential in the workforce by streamlining the process to ensure compliance and a safe, welcoming way for employees to bring their whole self to work.
