How Disclo Started

When our Co-Founder & CEO first entered the workforce, she underwent intensive Lyme Disease treatment, requiring her to self-administer IV antibiotics 8 hours daily.

Struggling to balance her career and treatment, she realized there wasn’t an easy or safe way to request accommodations at work—for herself and many others.

At Chronically Capable, they helped companies like Levi Strauss, Dentsu, Lululemon, and many more expand their talent pipeline.

They realized the industry gaps in workplace accommodations, and this is where Disclo was born. The rest is history!
