Man and woman shaking hands, presumably during an interview.

Disclo is an offering for current employees at my company. What happens if I want to disclose my disability during the interview process?

TLDR; For now, we’re focusing on current employees. Our stance is that applicants shouldn’t disclose until they are hired to eliminate bias in the hiring process. That said, we will be rolling out new features in the near future!

Legally, it’s your right to request accommodations anytime during the employment process. This can happen during your interview, when the offer is made, on your first day, three years into the job, etc.

Eventually, Disclo will be supporting applicants for interview accommodation requests. For now, we’re starting out by supporting current employees who most likely didn’t disclose during the interview process.

Once you’re hired, your employer will send you a unique link to create a Disclo account. You can update your account throughout your employment, as we know life happens. Be sure to stay tuned as we roll out more features.

It’s Disclo time!
