For employers

HIPAA & ADA compliant PHI management: Retain and manage employee medical documentation in a safe, compliant, and private way

Accommodation case management: Structured case flows built for any HR staff members with or without familiarity of the ADA Interactive Process. Option to upgrade for the ability to invite and assign HR colleagues to manage cases

Historical accommodation data: Every interaction regarding accommodation requests are captured for an accurate representation of case negotiations

Accommodation analytics: Aggregated insights on the number of accommodation requests, most common conditions cited, and case approval rates will be provided

Accommodation verification: When requested by the employer, Disclo will verify the validity of an employee’s accommodation request through medical documentation

Notification management: Notifications will be sent to both employees and assigned HR managers throughout the disclosure, verification, and negotiation process.

Public-facing Disclo Employer Badge: Your Disclo badge can be used to boost morale for existing or new employees. The badge can also be used during recruiting & on-boarding, or marketing as an employee benefit.

Client support: An account executive will be assigned to every employer for constant support both on the product knowledge and ADA consultation if upgraded

Events & office hours: Option to upgrade the employer account for the Disclo team to provide a 1-hour office hour session for your employees to learn more about Disclo

Employee pulse surveys: Option to upgrade for the ability to ask employees a set of questions regarding health insurance, benefits, or disabilities

Unlimited requests: Disclo will not limit the number of employees disclosing or the number of cases

For employees

Disclose with discretion: employees will have the opportunity to ask for accommodations from the employer without having to fully disclose their underlying condition

Support with navigating accommodation requests: employees will have access to a step-by-step guide on requesting an accommodation that will help them be more productive at work

Accommodation case management: structured case flows built for any employee with or without familiarity of the ADA Interactive Process
