To provide job applicants and interview candidates with guidance on how to request reasonable accommodations, we suggest including the statement below in the following key areas:

Job Postings: Each job posting should include the Accommodation Statement to ensure all potential applicants are aware of the company's commitment to accessibility.
Company's Careers Page: The statement can be placed prominently on the careers or jobs page of the company website.
Application Confirmation Emails: The confirmation email that an applicant receives after submitting an application can include this statement.
ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Correspondence: Any automated emails sent from the company's applicant tracking system should include this statement.
Interview Invitation Emails: When inviting a candidate for an interview, whether in-person or remote, include the Accommodation Statement.
Recruitment Marketing Materials: Any materials or communications aimed at attracting potential candidates (job fairs, campus recruiting events, etc.) should include the statement.
