As a founding member of our sales team, you’ll be responsible for developing our sales playbook as well as building and training our future team. You'll be initiating conversations with HR / people leaders and converting these conversations to signed customers.

Finally, you’ll be laying the foundation for scaling our sales team as a function. You'll develop our sales process from the ground up, including how to articulate our value proposition, and the creation of our sales assets & tools. If you’re the kind of person who not only loves sales, but also building playbooks and setting up tech stacks - we want to chat!

We’re a lean team and all wear different hats as needed, so you'll work on and learn a ton about areas adjacent to sales — marketing, custom success, partnerships, and whatever else you're interested in.

And, most importantly, you'll be building this company with us. We want to work with folks who care deeply about our mission and building a product that has the potential to change the world.

⚡️You’d be a great fit if you...

  • Have 3+ years of sales or work experience, preferably at a Seed/Series A startup or in the HR tech space
  • You consider yourself to be a go-getter and are comfortable being a part of a fast-paced team
  • Pay strong attention to detail and stay organized to ensure timely follow-up with potential & current customers
  • Know how to set up a sales tech stack and build a sales playbook - this is a must for us!
  • Feel confident in managing the entire B2B sales cycle including prospecting, outreach, pitching, and closing business
  • Are obsessed with product – the ADA is complex and there are many “gray areas” so you’ll have to have a grasp of the complexities Disclo is solving
  • Bonus points: you have worked in the HR space or have prior knowledge of the ADA
